Booking Terms & Conditions

Please note if you are 15 minutes past your allocated booking time, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking. If you know that you are running late please make contact with us to make us aware and the booking can go ahead as scheduled.

Cancellations can be made using these methods:

1) Via your confirmation email (Best option),

2) In person (calling into the restaurant),

3) Over the phone.

All reservations greater than 5 people or after 5pm will require credit/debit card details to book. These details are held securely using a third-party software (Stripe). These bookings must be changed or cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the reservation time, otherwise a £10 per person cancellation fee may be applied. All "no show" tables will incur this cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged to the card used to secure the booking.

If you cannot get through please use another method otherwise you will be processed as a "no show". If you have any questions regarding these policies please contact us using one of the above methods.

Please note that we may follow up any large online bookings to request a pre order in advance of your visit.
