We use quality cuts of Irish meat in our butchers counter sourced from Carnbrooke Meats, and our top of the range equipment on-site means we can make our sausages and burgers by hand daily.
We have also have an extensive selection of kebabs, stuffed fillets, marinated chicken pieces and coleslaw all handmade in-store.

We are proud to be Northern Irish and to celebrate that, all of the produce we stock are from quality local suppliers. We have a broad and varied range of artisanal products at any one time, ranging from chutneys, to chocolates, breads, sauces and sweet treats.

We have a great team onboard that have expertly curated and crafted our menu, from concept to delivery. Our chefs pride theirselves in being able to cater for everyone. Our menu has a wide range of breakfast and lunch dishes suitable for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and celiacs.
We use fresh ingredients in our dishes and incorporate the same produce we sell at our butchers counter in our meat meals.
We have a dedicated baking area in one of our out buildings, where all of our scones, cakes and tray bakes are made by hand.
